गुणवत्ता नियंत्रण कक्ष (क्यू सी सी) खरीद, भंडारण तथा वितरण के समय पर खद्यान्न की गुणवत्ता को सुनिश्चित करता है । क्षेत्रीय केन्द्रों, सूखाग्रस्त क्षेत्रों, विश्राम, प्रशिक्षण पाठ्यक्रमों आदि के बारे में सूचना प्रदान की जाती है । केन्द्रीय अन्न विश्लेषण प्रयोगशाला (सीजीएएल) तथा भारतीय अन्य भंडारण प्रबंधन और अनुसंधान संस्थान (आई जी एम आर आई) के उपयोग के लिए भी उपलब्ध है।
