Swapping of natural gas 1S an arrangement whereby a party , hereinafter referred to as the 'first party' supplies gas to a 'second party' , at a location sought for by the second party! "in exchange for" the second party agreeing to indemnify the first party from any additional financial liability, on account of supplying (directly or through transporter(s» , an energy equivalent quantity of gas to the first party or first party's representative at another location.

The gas price, determined, under these guidelines would be applicable to all gas produced from nomination fields given to ONGC and OIL India, New Exploration and Licensing Policy (NELP) blocks, such PreNELP blocks where, the Production Sharing Contract, (PSC) provides for Government approval of gas prices and Coal Bed Methane (CBM) blocks except as indicated.

Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchayee Yojana (PMKSY) was launched in 2015-16 with an aim to enhance physical access of water on farm and expand cultivable area under assured irrigation, improve on farm water use efficiency, introduce sustainable water conservation practices etc. PMKSY- Har Khet Ko Pani (HKKP) is one of the component of PMKSY.
