Bihar Board of Open Schooling and Examination (BBOSE), as an autonomous Organisation of the Education Department, Govt. of Bihar in Feb. 2011 is yet another significant milestone, on the road of rapid socio-economic development of the State in the last few years.

A Personal Health Record (PHR) application enables a user to provide consent for sharing and linking their personal health records with various healthcare providers. ABDM is partnering with multiple software providers to develop ABDM compliant PHR Applications such as Arogya Setu, and Driefcase. ABDM (Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission) has rolled out its own PHR application called ABHA Healthrecords Application through which patients can maintain and manage their health records.
